Introduction: Pretreatment is a process of thoroughly cleaning oxide, rust, grease, dust and other dirt on workpiece to create better adhesive attraction between coating and workpiece surface, which benefits quality and usage life of equipment.

Pretreatment procedure: Degreasing-Washing-Surface adjustment-Phosphating-Washing-Washing again(it depends)
Pretreatment categories: Spraying pretreatmetnt, immersion pretreatment, swimming pretreatment.

Tunnel Spraying Pretreatment
Spraying Pretreatment is to continuously spray solution onto the workpiece surface based on spraying principle. It suits bulk operation, big tubes, long pieces and simple structure pieces due to its strong continuity and high effeciency. It also saves space because of the elevated structure.
Swimming Pretreatment
Swimming Pretreatment is to have workpieces swim in the solution by overhead chain. It suits workpieces of complex shapes and saves solution.

Immersion Pretreatment
Immersion Pretreatment is to achieve surface treatment through physical and chemical ways by immersing the workpieces into solution pool by crane. It suits degreasing of complex surface and badly rusted pieces. It is better to fix air pipes in the trough to stir the solution. Heating system can be applied depending on different workpieces, with simple setup, low cost and high effeciency.
